Cortina and the Dolomites Trek

Our much anticipated trek to the Italian Alps village in the Dolomites of Cortina d'Ampezzo did not disappoint!

With our largest group ever, we had to take three vans and three guides to make sure everyone had a great trip. Starting in Venice, we drove to a lovely part of the "Little Dolomites" for our first hike. From there we headed north to Cortina and our charming hotel.

Hiking days were full of astonishing views, delicious refugios, and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Evenings found us all splitting up to find the cuisine we preferred, with a group joining Chuck and Hilary if they weren't sure! After a stop over in Misurina we headed back to Venice for a magical final night and boat ride to the airport the next morning.
