The Cleveland Way Trek

July, 2019

In July of 2019 we took Team Long Run’s first trek: The Cleveland Way in the north of England.

The Cleveland Way is one of Chuck’s favorite long walks. It’s 110 miles begins in the North York Moors and works its way over to the coast and follows the cliffs and fishing villages down through Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby to our terminus in Ravenscar. A few days in the dales, and then a few days by the sea with medieval abbeys and castles scattered along the way. Spectacular views, great walking, great food, and great friends!

Trekking with us supports Team Long Run financially and gives us a chance to get to know each other. A modest portion of the trip cost (any net profits) goes directly to fund TLR kids’ programs throughout the year.
